Grooming Services
What’s included in a full dog groom?
Warm wash, blow-dry, brush-out, breed-appropriate clip or tidy, nail trim, ear clean, pad tidy, and finishing spray. We’ll confirm any style notes at check-in.
How long does grooming take?
Most small–medium breeds take 1.5–2.5 hours; large/long-coat breeds may take longer. We’ll call you when your pet is ready for pick-up.
Do you groom puppies and seniors?
Yes. We offer gentle, shorter sessions for first-timers and extra rest time for seniors. Let us know any health notes at booking.
Can you handle matted coats?
We follow a humane-groom policy. Light knots can be brushed out; heavy matting may require a short, comfortable clip for your pet’s safety. We’ll discuss options before we start.
Do you offer deshedding for double-coats?
Yes — deep wash, forced-air blow-out, and coat-specific tools to reduce loose undercoat. Great for seasonal shedding.
Do you use sedation?
No. We do not sedate pets. If your vet has prescribed medication, please discuss it with us prior to your appointment.
How do I book a grooming appointment?
To book, please call us directly or visit us in-store. Our grooming slots fill quickly, so booking ahead is recommended.
Store & Products
What products do you stock?
Premium foods (dry, wet & BARF), treats, health & wellness, toys, bedding, leads & collars, aquatics, reptile and small-pet supplies. If you need something specific, ask our team.
Can you order in special items?
Absolutely. If we don’t stock it, we’ll try to source it and provide an ETA before you commit.
What’s your returns policy?
Unopened, resaleable items may be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase (excludes perishables and used items for safety reasons). If a product is faulty, we’ll help with a replacement or refund under Australian Consumer Law.
Aquariums & Fish
Do you offer water testing?
Yes — bring a sample in a clean container. We’ll test basics (pH, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate) and recommend next steps.
Can you help set up or aquascape a tank?
Yes — we stock tanks, filters, substrates, plants and scaping supplies. Our team can guide you on layout and maintenance; installation assistance available by arrangement.
How do I cycle a new aquarium?
Run the filter with a water conditioner and beneficial bacteria, test regularly, and add fish gradually over several weeks. We can create a tailored plan for your tank size and species.
Health & Nutrition
Do you stock raw/BARF diets?
Yes — including popular BARF options and raw meaty bones. Ask us for portion guidance and transition tips.
What flea, tick & worming options do you carry?
We stock leading preventatives for dogs and cats across sizes and life stages. Our team can help match the right product and dose.
Can you advise on food for sensitive stomachs or allergies?
Yes — we’ll suggest suitable proteins and limited-ingredient diets. For medical concerns, follow your vet’s guidance.
Payments, Policies & Contact
What payment methods do you accept?
EFTPOS/credit cards, cash, and most major digital wallets. For grooming, payment is due on collection.
What’s your cancellation/no-show policy for grooming?
Please give 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee to cover reserved time.
Where are you located and what are your hours?
We’re on Regina Avenue, Ningi. Current opening hours are on our Contact page and Google Business Profile. Public holiday hours may vary.
