Last Updated: 24/12/24

1. Species Available for Sale
We currently offer the following species of reptiles and live animals for sale:
Morelia Spilota (all subspecies)
Antaresia (all species in the genus)
Urodacus (all species in the genus)
Pogona (e.g., bearded dragons)
Emydura Macquarie (all subspecies, e.g., Macquarie River turtles)
All animals are sourced from trusted breeders and cared for under optimal conditions before sale.
2. Animal Health and Care Standards
- Health Assurance:
- All reptiles and live animals we sell are closely monitored to ensure they are eating, shedding, and behaving correctly.
- Animals are sold only after meeting our internal health and care standards.
- Care Education:
- Before purchase, we will discuss the correct heating, lighting, and feeding routines specific to the species.
- Buyers are encouraged to ask questions and seek clarification on care requirements to ensure proper handling and maintenance.
- Captive-Bred Animals:
- We source reptiles selectively from breeders who meet our ethical and care standards.
- Enclosure and Tank conditions
- For Fish and water-based animals, customers must ensure that their rank water conditions are prepared prior to taking the animal home. This includes maintaining proper pH levels and ensuring water is free of harmful chemicals such as nitrates, nitrites, ammonia, and chlorine. Toni's Pet Station ensures that all fish are kept in optimal water conditions in-store but cannot guarantee compatibility with external environments. Due to recent reports of fluctuating water quality in the Ningi and Bribie Island areas, we strongly advise customers to introducing new fish. Testing kits and water conditioners are available for purchase in-store.
