2. Grooming Terms and Conditions

2.1 Appointments

  • Clients must book grooming appointments in advance.
  • Cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a 50% fee. “No-shows” will be charged the full fee.

  • Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations. Pets showing signs of illness may be refused service.
  • Flea or tick infestations will incur additional charges or service refusal.

2.3 Liability

  • While we prioritise safety, grooming accidents can occur. Owners are responsible for veterinary costs arising from incidents during grooming.

3. Reptile and Live Animal Terms

3.1 Species Available

We sell the following species, all sourced from trusted breeders:

  • Morelia spilota, Antaresia, Urodacus, Pogona, Emydura macquarii.

3.2 Buyer Responsibilities

  • Buyers must demonstrate knowledge of species-specific care.
  • Legal compliance for owning reptiles is the buyer’s responsibility.

3.3 Health and Care Standards

  • Toni’s Pet Station ensures all animals are healthy and well-cared for before sale. Post-sale responsibility lies with the buyer.

3.4 Refunds and Returns

  • Refunds for live animals are only considered for health issues identified within 48 hours of purchase and supported by a veterinarian report.

4. Refund and Returns Policy

4.1 Products

  • Refunds are offered for defective products that cannot be repaired or replaced.
  • Opened consumables, custom orders, and medical supplies are non-refundable unless defective.

4.2 Live Animals

  • Live animals cannot be returned for change of mind. Buyers must meet care requirements before purchase.

4.3 Process

  • Refunds require proof of purchase and compliance with this policy. Requests are resolved within 7 business days.
